Saint Vitus Dance (Chorea)  is an abnormal involuntary movement disorder, one of a group of neurological disorders called dyskinesias. The term chorea is derived from the Ancient Greek: χορεία ("dance"; see choreia), as the quick movements of the feet or hands are comparable to dancing.  It can also interfere with speech.

Natural remedies include: drinking green tea, increasing your intake of vitamin E, and coenzyme Q-10. Cause:
Crippling pain of the lower extremities has long been blamed on the sciatica nerve, but actually it is not a nerve problem at all, but is due to toxic poison from the sigmoid section of the bowel (which is the area going from the descending colon over to the rectal area).  This important small section of the intestines is subject to kinks or pockets which cause toxic poisons in the area and in the leg area, which in turn irritate the sciatica nerve, dislocating the sacroiliac.  When the affected part of the bowel is cleaned out with the lower bowel tonic and cleansing program, the poisons no longer affect the nerve area
Herbal aids:
The best remedy is to empty the bowel and cleanse the sigmoid, then give organic aid as fast as possible.  The greatest herb for this problem is chaparral supplemented by burdock root tea.  Sassafras and Brigham tea may also be added.  This combination makes a delicious drink when sweetened with honey.  Do not drink it with chaparral (creosote bush) tea.  Bathing the feet in hot apple-cider vinegar will help, and if you wish faster action, place the right foot into a pan of chopped garlic (with the bare foot on the garlic), and the left foot in hot apple-cider vinegar.  This will start a circulatory movement which will give quick relief.  The internal use of apple-cider vinegar and honey (a tablespoonful of each, three times a day), or MCP pectin (a teaspoonful three times a day) will speed the cleansing.  For external fomentation or poultices, use burdock root or crushed burdock leaves, with one-fourth part lobelia added, or a hot apple-cider vinegar fomentation.

If you do not require a doctor, you can use a natural home remedy of essential oils to heal cuts and abrasions. Start by cleaning the wounds area with water and a mild soap. You can also apply a little hydrogen peroxide to help remove all the dirt and foreign particles. Then gently dry with a clean towel. Depending on the type of oil you select add 1-2 to drops of the essential oil directly to the wound or add 1-2 drops into a healing carrier base like aloe vera or coconut oil. If possible massage the essential oils into the area gently with a clean towel. Then wrap with a bandage. Make sure to change out the bandage two times a day and reapply the essential oils until fully healed.
Lavender is a good for a deep cut or wound. Lavender has antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal properties that will help protect your wound against microbes that can cause infections. Lavender essential oil is also an anti-inflammatory and analgesic which can help reduce the pain from the cut. Lavender oil also helps promote cellular growth and can stimulate faster healing. Another great benefit of using lavender oil to heal deep wounds is that it reduces the appearances of scars.
Rosemary shares a lot of the same healing properties of lavender and is also great for helping heal deep wounds. Rosemary oil is also great for injuries like road rash where there is also bruising with the abrasion and cuts because it helps reduce muscle pain and promotes healthy circulation. Both rosemary and lavender essential oils can be applied directly to the skin without a carrier oil.
Myrrh essential oil can help with cuts and abrasion in two ways. The first is it is an antiseptic so it can help clean the area and prevent infection. The second is that it seals the wound to promote healing and block out any microbes that can cause damage. Myrrh is a great essential oil when you have lots of smaller cuts or road rash. It is recommended to use myrrh with a carrier.
Helichrysum is also a great essential oil for treating cuts. It is an anti-inflammatory and supports nervous system health which can reduce the pain of the wound. Helichrysum also helps stop bleeding and promotes cell regeneration. Helichrysum is a great essential oil to use in the beginning stages of treating a wound. It is recommended to use helichrysum with a carrier.
Rose geranium essential oil has antibacterial properties and supports your immune system, so it can help ward off infections. It also is a powerful cicatrisant which can help support blood flow right below the skin speeding up the healing process. Like Helichrysum, rose geranium can also help stop blood flow so it is also great to use at the onset of injury. It is recommended to use rose geranium with a carrier.

Frankincense is the essential oil of choice for any kind of brain disorder. It aids the oxygenation of the blood going to the brain. When the brain is able to absorb more oxygen, healing increases. Frankincense has a molecular makeup that includes sesquiterpenes, and is able to cross the blood/brain barrier. These sesquiterpenes stimulate the limbic system of the brain and other glands within the brain, promoting memory and releasing emotions.
To help prevent the onset of seizures:
Apply 1 drop Frankincense, on the bottom of each big toe, or at the base of the neck and temples, each night.
You could also try placing 1 drop Frankincense under the tongue, each night.
You could also try Lemon and Orange, 1 drop each internally or on bottoms of big toe-
In pseudo-seizure, the two brain hemispheres start to fight or don’t communicate. This will help stimulate both sides of the brain. Lemon is for Left-brain function. Orange is for Right-brain function. When you feel a seizure coming on, inhale Frankincense, deeply.

Essential oils have been used for generations to ease symptoms of depression, anxiety and insomnia. Some caregivers are now using these trusted oils to ease anxiety, boost memory and improve the mood of loved ones living with dementia.
Lavender is thought to be calming and able to balance strong emotions. It has also been used to help with depression, anger and irritability, and can help in some cases of insomnia. Lavender can be directly inhaled, used a massage oil or sprayed on linens.
Peppermint is an energizer and can be used to stimulate the mind and calm nerves at the same time. Best used in the morning, peppermint oil can be inhaled directly, diffused in a room, used as a massage oil, sprayed in the air or even placed in a bath.
Rosemary is an uplifting oil used to stimulate the mind and body. It may even improve cognitive performance and mood. Rosemary has also been known to ease constipation, symptoms of depression and also reinvigorate the appetite. Rosemary oil can be directly inhaled, diffused through a room or used as a spray
Bergamot can be used to relive anxiety, agitation, mild depression and stress. This mood elevating and calming oil can also be used to relieve insomnia. To use bergamot oil, place a few drops in a bath, use as a massage oil, diffuse through a room or use a spray on clothing or linens.
Lemon has been shown to help calm and relax people who are dealing with anxiety and insomnia, improve memory and ease indigestion. Lemon oil can be dropped into a bath, inhaled directly, diffused, sprayed or applied directly to the skin as a massage oil.
Ylang Ylang oil can help ease depression while also promoting good sleep. This is a great oil not only for a person living with Alzheimer’s, but also for caregivers struggling with restlessness and lack of sleep. Ylang Ylang is often combined with lemon oil and can be placed in a bath, inhaled, diffused or sprayed.
Ginger oil is helpful for anyone struggling with digestion issues. Commonly used to treat a loss of appetite and constipation, ginger can help promote good eating habits. Ginger oil can be applied directly to the skin as an abdominal massage, inhaled, diffused, sprayed or placed on a compress.

B-12  "The key is that the virus inhabits the nerve root, activating during some onset of stress. B-12 goes to the nerve sheath, directly, as a nutrient. Best way to treat is to take 1 mg (1000 mcg, or 1cc) of B-12 by intramuscular injection per day for a week, then once each week until symptoms are completely gone. It is possible to use sub-lingual B-12, which allows for the use of methyl-B-12 form, which is the most powerful and nearly impossible to get by the intramuscular route, but I like starting with a few shots to 'prime the pump'. 1-2 mg of the sub-lingual form daily should work pretty well after that." To shorten the duration of shingles, I'd add alpha-lipoic acid, several hundred milligrams per day, along with vitamin C (of course), at least 1000 milligrams three times/day. Anything to enhance the immune system will shorten the misery."
The misery may also be shortened by a topical application of geranium oil. (geranium oil is anti-inflammatory & a fungicide)
A case of shingles may last less than 10 days, but it's the post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN) that can hang on and cause considerable pain for long periods. In a study published in The American Journal of Medicine, all of the subjects who received any amount of geranium oil reported pain reduction, and those who received treatments containing 100 percent geranium oil experienced the greatest pain relief. The placebo group reported little or no relief. Some subjects experienced a slight irritation from the geranium oil, but these irritations subsided within an hour or so.  Washing the area first with a non-chemical soap, then applying some DMSO before the geranium oil would cause it to absorb deeper into the area (though there's a garlicky taste to put up with for awhile).

Shortness of Breath or labored breathing, medically known as dyspnea, is a condition experienced, when one finds it very difficult to breathe air in and out. Needless to say, it is a cause for concern and needs to be addressed immediately. Often, shortness of breath can be a symptom of various serious diseases, heart failure or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease being a couple of them. 

Eucalyptus oil is one of the most prominent essential oils that is regularly used for helping people manage various breathing issues. In fact, it has shown to be an effective anti-inflammatory agent that can be used to minimize the symptoms of bronchitis and other inflammatory respiratory conditions.

Peppermint is another essential oil that has shown to have tremendous benefits when used for breathing issues. Studies have shown that the inhalation of peppermint oil might have a beneficial impact on reducing the symptoms of an asthma attack

Lavender oil is another common essential oil that has been used to treat all kinds of ailments. Lavender oil has been shown to reduce inflammation that can result in different respiratory conditions

Clove oil is another essential oil that has shown promising benefits to those that might suffer from different respiratory conditions. Though it might be primarily known to be used in the kitchen, clove oil has shown a unique ability to alleviate the symptoms that are commonly present in those that suffer from asthma.7 It has shown to really help with a lot of the symptoms that might be present in an asthma attack, which is going to allow for a better ability to breathe with a clear breathing pathway. This is largely in part due to clove being effective when used as an inflammatory agent. Thus, by inhaling clove oil, it should help those that are suffering from chronic asthma-related symptoms.

Rosemary oil is another essential oil that can benefit the respiratory system due to its ability to help decrease inflammatory responses that typically occur in the trachea. Thus, by inhaling rosemary oil, you will be able to smooth the muscles that allow you to breathe. It will help to free up the airways allowing you to inhale without obstruction

Ginger oil is a great addition to those that suffer from asthma because it has the ability to reduce airway contraction which makes it much easier to breathe in general

Avoid fermented foods and dairy products. You could also try out an age old remedy involving the use of bishop’s weed. Mix half a teaspoon of it in a glass of buttermilk and drink at least twice everyday. This will greatly help relieve shortness of breath. Ginger is another excellent remedy. Add a teaspoon or two of ginger juice to one glass of lime juice and drink thrice each day after the meals. This is known to cure shortness of breath and even helps in the fight against asthma. Honey also has been used with considerable success in treating dyspnea. Add two teaspoons of honey to a glass of milk and drink it each night before going to bed. This treatment will start producing visible relief in the span of a few days.

Red onion juice - boil, add honey, simmer 15 min. and then take 1 tsp every hour.

Castor oil packs are typically recommended because of their ability to promote healing, reduce inflammation, improve circulation especially lymphatic circulation. It has also been found to reduce symptoms of constipation.
A castor oil pack involves the use of cloth soaked in castor oil which is placed on the skin. It's used by some alternative practitioners to enhance circulation and to promote the healing of the tissues and organs underneath the skin. Alternative practitioners also use it to improve liver function, relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and to improve digestion.

Castor oil packs are made by soaking a piece of flannel in castor oil and placing it on the skin. The flannel is covered with a sheet of plastic, and then a hot water bottle is placed over the plastic to heat the pack.

Shoulder pain -Peppermint contains menthol, which has a cooling effect on sore, achy muscles. It also has analgesic, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Helichrysum relieves muscle spasms, inflammation, and pain.
Marjoram relaxes muscle spasms and tension. It’s known for its ability to ease pain and inflammation.
Lavender is prized for its ability to calm and relax. It also relieves pain and inflammation.
Eucalyptus has a cooling effect on muscles and reduces pain and inflammation.
Roman  Chamomile and German chamomile oils. Chamomile oils can help with pain and inflammation. They also help soothe muscle tension and reduce spasms.
 Rosemary is noted for its ability to ease pain and inflammation.
Yarrow is used to reduce pain and inflammation.
Cypress calms and relaxes muscles spasms and works to soothe inflammation.

Drink Onion juice for good results.

Add boiling water to a mug then add a few drops of  Eucalyptus essential oil in - to use as a mini steam inhalation.

Lukewarm saltwater solution may help restore easy breathing. To make the solution,  mix ½ teaspoon of salt in ½ cup of warm water. Then hold the salt water in the palm of your hand and sniff a bit into each nostril to help drain the sinuses. He suggests using this remedy as needed, up to three times an hour, to clear sinuses.

Spurs-Bone Also See Bones - Essential oil- Lavender

Bone spur is an extra bone that grows on the normal bone. In medical jargon bone spur is known as osteophytes. It occurs on the joints especially on the joints of the spine, feet, shoulders, hips, hands and knees.

First step for treating bone spur through home remedies is to reduce inflammation. Apply an ice pack to the inflamed area 4 to 5 times in a day. This will help to reduce the inflammation. If the problem is more severe then apply heating pad on the inflamed area.

Curcumin, the yellow pigment of turmeric is effective in treating bone spur. Take 500 to 1000 mg of curcumin 3 to 4 times a day on an empty stomach. Try this remedy daily for about 6 weeks. To relieve pain, apply flaxseed hot pack to the affected area. Take alternate hot and cold foot baths.

Dip a piece of cheese cloth in warm linseed oil and keep the cloth on the affected area. Cover the cloth with plastic and keep a heating pad on the plastic for 2 hours.

Neck and back pains could be due to deficiencies in Magnesium, sometimes calcium & Vitamin D as well.  Foods such as fish liver oil & eggs contain Vitamin D. Calcium is found in foods such as yogurt, milk, bone broth, etc. but sometimes the amount is insufficient for people with extreme  deficiency, taking it in the form of supplement maybe necessary.

Patchouli, Tea Tree, Geranium, Lavender essential oils and grapefruit seed extract, were used singly and in combination to assess their anti-bacterial activity against three strains of Staphylococcus.  Geranium oil showed the greatest-anti-bacterial effects against MRSA, whilst a combination of Geranium and Tea Tree oil was most active against the methicillin-sensitive S. aureus

One of the best things to have in your medicine cabinet is tea tree oil. In medical studies, tea tree oil has proven successful in wiping out staph bacteria quickly. Simply use a cotton ball or swab to apply tea tree oil to a skin infection, and cover with a clean bandage. Repeat two or three times per day until the infection is gone.

Another natural treatment is to make a paste of baking soda and apple cider vinegar, and apply to the infection with a cotton ball or swab. Cover with a clean bandage. Repeat several times a day.

Mix 1 tbsp. of honey with 1 tsp. tea tree oil, and cover the infection with the sticky paste. Cover with a clean bandage, repeating several times per day.

Mix 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp. honey and 1 cup hot water. Soak a clean cloth in the solution, and wring out. Use as a hot pack three times per day, using new solution and a clean cloth every time. Be sure and launder these cloths with bleach after use to keep the infection from spreading.

Cut a piece of bacon or salt pork approximately the size of the skin eruption. Place the pork directly on the infection, and secure with a heavy tape. Leave for 12 hours, and it should bring the infection to a head. Then use bandages lightly soaked in tea tree oil, changed three times per day until the infection is completely gone.

Use colloidal silver in a spray, and apply several times per day to the infected area.

Insect bite home remedy - Apply toothpaste on the sting. A slice of raw onion.

Lavender essential oil stops itching and reduces swelling.

Extra strength sting poultice.

1 tbsp. echinacea root tincture.
1 tbsp. distilled water.
1/8 tsp. Lavender essential oil.
1 tbsp. bentonite clay.
Mix the echinacea, water and lavender. Add liquid slowly to the clay while stirring. Once mixed, the resulting paste should stick to the skin. Apply on the injured area. Store the poultice in a tight lid container, if it does dry out add water until moisten enough to stick to the skin.

The allergic reaction from a bite or a sting is cause by formic acid which can be neutralized using 1 tsp. of yellow dock leaf tincture and 2 tsp. of baking soda. Mix the ingredients and form a poultice. Apply as needed.

If Strep isn't taken care of it can turn into Rheumatic Fever (which can cause heart damage). It is very important to test for it if you suspect it is Rheumatic Fever. It is nothing to play with.
