butter to top your potatoes, Add 1 drop of essential oil to 8 oz.of creamed cheese,

. What oils are good for what type of dishes Here is a list of some of your most common essential oils used for cooking and foods that you might consider putting them in. Your imagination and taste buds are really the only limit to what you can put them in! As a rule you will use from one to four
drops in the various dishes. Essential oils not only flavor foods but they add health benefits such as medicinal & psychological values. Don't hesitate to also add some of the herb especially flower petals for color and flavor especially in cold dishes. Use in Desserts, Ice Creams, Dips,
