is the main company responsible for Genetically Modifying our foods and
Aspartame and a number of other Greed Driven changes to our seeds and
foods.
Nothing good - only baaaad!
This
is not the first time we have talked about Monsanto but the subject is
even worse than we realized.

| Are
low fat diet really healthy or is it another propaganda message to sell
products?
I
have been wary about "low fat" and slow to jump on the band wagon. I
never
buy low fat unless that is the only choice.

red meat and eggs, they are at risk of developing iron, B12, folate,
biotin,
and choline deficiency (among other nutrients). They need to eat more
natural
foods rich in cells. Unless there is a known reason to avoid whole eggs
(such as well-documented egg allergies), she should eat a few eggs each
week. (Even people with egg allergies usually tolerate egg whites.
However,
this must be determined on an individual basis.)
